TORONTO — CHASE High graduate Tyler White has agreed to a minor-league deal with the Toronto Blue Jays with invites to major league camp.

White, 30, returns to North America after playing in Korea’s KBO in 2020, where he only played nine games. In 256 games over four MLB seasons with the Astros and Dodgers from 2016-19, he hit .236/.315/.409 with 26 home runs and 103 RBIs.

In 2018, with the Houston Astros, White his 12 homeruns with an .888 OPS.
