Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 156 calls on Wednesday; Forest City police had 59 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 36 calls; Spindale had 25 calls; Lake Lure had 2 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 29 calls and Rescue had 11 calls.

Fire Calls

Forest City Fire Rescue was dispatched to an appliance fire; Spindale firefighters responded to an unknown fire.

Arrests

Billy Joe Causby, 26, Hill Street in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on driving while license revoked and failure to appear on misdemeanor charges; $500 bond.
Rebekah Marlo Corley, 28, Arrowood Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with shoplifting/concealment of goods, possession of a controlled substance in prison and failure to appear on misdemeanor charges; $6,000 bond.
Jackie Wayman Dobbins, 54, McBrayer Court in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on driving while license revoked; $400 bond.
Glenn Robin Ludwig, 57, Spruce Parkway in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on driving while impaired and littering; $5,000 bond.
Ronald Thomas McCabe, 26, Switzer Drive in Forest City, was charged with assault on a female; 48-hour hold.
Miranda Morgan Rauland, 23, Howard Moore Road in Hot Springs, was charged with failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear on possession of marijuana; $5,000 bond.
