Brenon, Toney vows exhanged

RUTHERFORD COUNTY —
Rebecca Carol Lynn Brenon and Forrest Tripp Toney III exchanged wedding vows on October 20, 2012, in a four o'clock p.m. ceremony in the Dover Chapel in Boiling Springs. The Rev. David Jendrey officiated.
The bride is the daughter of David and Angela Brenon of Moreland, Georgia. The groom is the son of Forrest Toney Jr. and Susan Toney of Bostic.
David Brenon presented his daughter in marriage. She wore a full-length ivory tulle and lace gown with a sweet heart neckline, and a short veil. She carried sunflowers and wildflowers.
Christian Glover, maid of honor wore a truffel brown full-length dress and also carried a bouquet of sunflowers and wildflowers. Bridesmaids were Breanne Church and Brandee Smith. The bridegroom's father served as best man and Bayla Church and Kylie Toney were flower girls.
A reception was held at Friendship Lodge, 722 McBrayer/Homestead Road in Boiling springs. The lodge was beautifully decorated for the reception. Food and drinks were provided for the 70 guests in attendance.
Rebecca is a senior at Gardner-Webb University and a waitress at Big Dave's Family Seafood. Forrest is a graduate of East Rutherford High School and is a skilled welder.
After a cruise to the Bahamas, the couple make their home in Bostic.
