T-Ball

Kiwanis vs. Ohmstead Plumbing

Luke Bailey received  the game ball for Ohmstead Plumbing for his outstanding work at the plate.

Willow Hardin earned the game ball for Kiwanis for her outstanding fielding and hitting.

Ellenboro Sav Mart vs. Pizza Hut

Jamire Little was awarded the game ball for Ellenboro Sav Mart for his hit at the end of the game.

Justice Friday took home the game ball for Pizza Hut for his offensive performance.

Rutherfordton

Outback Auto Repair vs. Sisk Family Ford

Outback Auto Repairs’ Reigh Duncan was awarded the game ball for outstanding play.

Carter Cobb earned the game ball for Sisk Family Ford. 

7/8 Softball

Sisk Family Ford defeated 64 Tractor 12-3.

Sisk Family Ford’s Cammie Walker had a triple and an inside the park home run while Jenna Davis added a home run of her own.

Brew House defeated Kiwanis 2-0 in Rutherfordton.

Raegan Macopson got the game ball for Kiwanis for her outstanding play. She made all three outs in the second inning on her own while going 3 for 3 from the plate.

7/8 Baseball

Solid team defense from both teams kept the score tight throughout as American Legion sqeaked out a 7-6 victory over Timken.

Timken’s Evan Taylor and Ladarien Harbison both went 2-for-3 with two runs scored. American Legion’s Jabin Hoyle had an inside the park home run to go along with his  great defensive effort. Hank Bright also played great defense while going 2-for-2.

Pool Supplies Defeated Moose Vending 6-5.

Moose Vending’s Cameron Hawkins, Ethan Euten, Marshall McGowan, and Christopher Lee all went 2-for-2 for the night.

Pool Supplies Mason Huffstickler went 2-for-2 with three defensive outs in the field.

9/10 Baseball

Kiwanis defeated Settlemyre Landscaping 8-1

Settlemyre Landscaping’s Clayton ‘the rocket’ Wright scored the only run off a sacrifice hit.

Linder Park (Harris)T-Ball

Cole’s Carpet faced off against UltraCoat. 

For Cole’s Carpet, Kinley King received game ball for playing great defense at second base while going 2-for-2.

7/8 Softball

FC Fish Camp defeated Ledbetter with a final score of 13-5.

FC Fish Camp’s Cagney Pruett, Devin Baker and Christian Beaver had three hits.  Christian Beaver hit a grand slam and had seven RBIs on the night.

Defensively for FC Fish Camp, Hayden Powell and Cagney anchored the effort to hold off Ledbetter.

11/12 Softball

Abercrombie faced off with HST, Inc. 10-5.

Abercrombie’s Ciera Hardin recorded the win on the mound. Hardin and Sam Craft added in the park home runs for Abercrombie.

Cliffside9/10 Baseball

Woodmen of the World defeated Main St. 6-4.  Bryson Greene went 3-for-3 including the game-winning hit for Woodmen. Zach Causby pitched in with two hits. 

QPC defeated Wells Jenkins with a final score of 10-9. Dylan Bell was the winning pitcher. 

Cameron Raborne demonstrated his base running prowess for QPC while Tyree Marsee added two RBIs and a home run.

D&M Logging edged out a win over A&W 3-2. Tanner Powers pitched a complete game for A&W with 14 strikeouts while only giving up one hit on the night.
