The South Mountain Athletic Conference recently announced its 2012-13 All-Conference basketball team. Rutherford County had plenty of representation on this year’s squad.

East Rutherford landed three players on the team with Travis Waldroup-Rodriguez, DeVonte Boykins and Jarvis Hopper.

Chase’s Shad Blanton and R-S Central’s Rashaun Whitesides also earned spots on the team.

East Rutherford’s T.J. Watkins earned an honorable mention along with R-S Centrals Jay Blanton and Jordan Hamilton.
