Chase powers past Bandys

Sep. 06, 2013 @ 11:35 PM

In a game that had all the makings of being a blow-for-blow battle, the Chase Trojans out-muscled and outran the Bandys Trojans, 38-13, Friday night at Chase.

Chase running back Josh Wright led the charge for the Trojans rushing for 204 yards and two touchdowns while Jordan O'Rouke rushed for a score of his own and picked off three Bandys passes on defense.

"I felt that my line was getting some good blocks and after that I could do whatever I wanted to," Wright said after the win. "This being the first home game and my last year here, it feels real good."

"Josh Wright definitely had a big game for us," Chase head coach Daniel Bailey said. "He's really taken another step since last year taking care of the football and getting the hard yards."
