CANCELLED THE FREEZE WARNING.

* LOCATIONS...THE NORTH CAROLINA FOOTHILLS.

* HAZARDS...VERY WINDY CONDITIONS MONDAY AND FREEZING TEMPERATURES
  MONDAY NIGHT.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS IN THE LOWER 30S. HIGHS IN THE MID 40S.

* IMPACTS...THE FREEZING TEMPERATURES WILL IMPACT TENDER
  VEGETATION. THE VERY WINDY CONDITIONS ON MONDAY WILL BLOW
  ABOUT UNSECURED OBJECTS AND COULD PRODUCE ISOLATED TREE DAMAGE
  AND POWER OUTAGES.
