(Above) Frances P. Rogers was transported to the hospital Friday morning after her Buick was struck by a Dodge mini-van driven by Delores N. Heiger at the intersection of Bostic-Sunshine Highway and U.S.74B near the Dollar General Store. Trooper Nick Horton said Heliger was driving onto U.S. 74B from Bostic-Sunshine Highway to go to the Dollar General when she pulled into the path of Rogers’ vehicle. Heliger was charged with failing to yield after stopping at a stop sign. (Below) Also Friday morning, two people were involved in a collision on Main Street in Spindale.
