Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 140 calls on Tuesday; Forest City police had 49 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 44 calls; Spindale had 21 calls; Lake Lure had 9 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 50 calls and Rescue had 20 calls.
Bostic Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire; Rutherfordton firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident and an industrial fire alarm; SDO Fire Department was called to a motor vehicle accident; Union Mills firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident.
Crystal McKinney Barnes, 37, Old Ballpark Road in Forest City, was charged with driving while license revoked; $500 bond.
Brenda Renee Crawford, 45, Gilkey School Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with felony probation violation; $10,000 bond.
Richard Dacosta Ferguson, 27, Morningside Road in Charlotte, was charged with two counts failure to appear; $2,000 bond.
Ray Melvin Forney, 22, Cheyenne Trail in Union Mills, was charged with driving while impaired; $1,000 bond.
Danny Gene Francis, 40, McDade Road in Forest City, was charged with driving while impaired and reckless driving to endanger; $1,000 unsecured bond.
Flint O'Neal Henderson, 54, Phillip Henderson Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with felony breaking and entering, larceny of a firearm, possession of stolen goods/property and attempted larceny; $55,000 bond.
April Annette McClure, 31, Newton Cole Road in Forest City, was charged with extradition of a fugitive to another state; $25,000 bond.
Walter Cole McNair, 45, Carl Drive in Bostic, was charged with extradition of a fugitive to another state; $50,000 bond.
James Cody Neal, 23, Old U.S. Highway 74 Business in Forest City, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia; $25,000 bond.
Tina Michelle Teague, 41, Bell Road in Kings Mountain, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a vehicle/dweillng/place for a controlled substance; $15,000 bond.
