911 Calls

Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 166 calls on Thursday; Forest City police had 91 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 26 calls; Spindale had 21 calls; Lake Lure had 5 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 41 calls and Rescue had 29 calls.

Fire Calls

Cliffside Fire Department was dispatched to a power line fire and a motor vehicle fire; Rutherfordton firefighters responded to two motor vehicle accidents; SDO Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident and a power line fire.

Arrests

Caleb Donald Bartlett, 19, Cherry Mountain Street in Forest City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; $5,000 bond.
Kenneth Bryan Daves, 44, Matheny Street in Forest City, was charged with assault on a female and assault by strangulation; 48-hour hold.
Jodi Carolyn Harriman, 18, Hawkins Loop Road in Mooresboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; $5,000 bond.
Alfred Reed Lammonds, 66, Blossom Drive in Ellenboro, was charged with communicating threats; $1,000 bond.
Dennis Lee McEntire, 55, Spindale Street in Spindale, was charged with second degree trespassing; written promise to appear.
Anthony Michael Montanez, 21, Bainbridge Road in Stedman, was charged with failure to appear on expired registration card/tag and failure to appear on expired/no inspection; $500 bond.
Charles Richard Morrow II, 21, South Pea Ridge Road in Mooresboro, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, two counts simple possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia; $35,000 bond.
Keoshia Rashaudda Rudisill, 17, Hamilton Street in Forest City, was charged with assault and battery; custody release.
Robert Trey Smith, 17, Tobias Court in Rutherfordton, was charged with communicating threats; $500 bond.

Incidents

Juana Aleman of Forest City reported an incident of larceny that occurred in Big Dave's parking lot.
James Kimbrell of Forest City reported an incident of attempted breaking and entering.
An employee from Wal-Mart in Forest City reported an incident of fraud.
