911 Calls

 

Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 156 calls on Tuesday; Forest City police had 79 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 42 calls; Spindale had 23 calls; Lake Lure had 7 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 30 calls and Rescue had 14 calls.

 

Fire Calls

 

Ellenboro Fire Department was dispatched to an industrial fire alarm; Rutherfordton firefighters responded to an industrial fire alarm; SDO Fire Department was called to a motor vehicle accident; Shingle Hollow firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident and a residential fire alarm.

 

Arrests

 

Michael Christopher Blankenship, 29, Doggett Road in Forest City, was charged with assault and battery; $1,500 bond.

Linda Lee Bunch, 52, Hollins Street in Spindale, was charged with domestic criminal trespass and failure to appear on shoplifting/concealment of goods; $1,000 unsecured bond.

Jon Jason Busch, 40, Hodge Street in Rutherfordton, was charged with sexual battery; $3,000 bond.

Barbara Sanders Dixon, 44, McArthur Street in Forest City, was charged with criminal contempt; $495 bond.

Jackie Wayman Dobbins, 54, McBrayer Court in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor simple possession of a controlled substance; $400 bond.

Aaron Dag Epley, 17, Arrowood Drive in Caroleen, was charged with driving after underage consumption of alcohol, driving while impaired and underage consumption of alcohol; $2,000 bond.

Frankie Lee Green, 26, Ledford Road in Ellenboro, was charged with second-degree trespassing; $2,500 bond.

David Lee Hart, 52, Thompson Street in Forest City, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation out of county; $5,000 bond.

Timothy Matthew Hice, 26, Thompson Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, obtaining property by false pretense and resisting a public officer; $9,000 bond.

Francis Philip Hritzak, 49, Chapman Acres in Bostic, was charged with threatening a legal court officer and harassing phone calls; $30,000 bond.

Henry Kyle Humphreys, 21, Freeman Road in Bostic, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing; written promise to appear.

Crystal Gail McKinney, 28, Spindale Street in Spindale, was charged with identity theft and financial card theft; $15,000 bond.

Angel Nicole Neely, 24, Overlook Avenue in Forest City, was charged with misdemeanor larceny; written promise to appear.

Kevin Dwight Nichols, 24, Willow South Point in Carolina Beach, was charged with driving while impaired and misdemeanor probation violation; $11,000 bond.

Gabriel Torrez Robinson, 17, Bob Rollins Road in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor simple possession of a controlled substance; $2,000 bond.

Taliesha Deshae Rudisill, 20, Cherry Mountain Street in Forest City, was charged with simple assault; 48-hour hold.

Francisco Trejo Sanchez, 33, Jack McKinney Road in Forest City, was charged with no operator's license; $200 bond.

Tiasha Diane Shaw, 32, Lanecrest Drive in Charlotte, was charged with failure to appear on operating a vehicle with no insurance; $800 bond.

Thomas Clinton Smith, 33, Hines Road in Mooresboro, was charged with extradition of fugitive to other state; no bond.

William Ivey Smith, 47, Edwards Street in Rutherfordton, was charged with assault on a female; $5,000 bond.

Kim Maurine Thompson, 56, Wilson Woods Drive in Mint Hill, was charged with driving while impaired; custody release.

Andrew McCain Watt, 17, Missouri Street in Spindale, was charged with two counts failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance; $2,500 bond.

Denzel Jarcus Wright, 21, Cherry Knoll Drive in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on no operator's license; $500 bond.
