911 Calls

Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 125 calls on Thursday; Forest City police had 75 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 40 calls; Spindale had 20 calls; Lake Lure had 4 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 50 calls and Rescue had 39 calls.

Fire Calls

Forest City Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Fairfield firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide leak; Lake Lure Fire Department was called to a motor vehicle accident; SDO firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident.

Arrests

Christopher Charles Booker, 21, Coyote Pass Lane in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to appear on no operator's license and failure to appear on misdemeanor charges; $600 bond.

Heather Jane Davis, 25, Puzzle Creek Road in Bostic, was charged with felony breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering; $25,000 bond.

Ashley Marie-Dixon Dobbins, 22, Emerald Hill in Forest City, was charged with simple possession of a controlled substance; $1,000 bond.

Matthew Alan Hill, 30, East Melissa Lane in Forest City, was charged with two counts communicating threats; $5,000 bond.

Tori Lynn Hines, 36, Old Ballpark Road in Spindale, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation; $8,000 bond.

William Anthony Miller, 40, Northview Dorsey Street in Rutherfordton, was charged with intoxicated and disruptive behavior; $1,000 bond.

Andre Rashod Mills, 35, Whitesides Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with assault and battery, communicating threats and driving while license revoked; $3,000 bond.

Thomas Wade Phillips, 21, Kingswood Drive in Forest City, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation and disorderly conduct; $3,000 bond.

Richard Ray Waters, 23, Hog Pen Branch Road in Mooresboro, was charged with felony probation violation; $10,000 bond.
