Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 145 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 82 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 22 calls; Spindale had 24 calls; Lake Lure had 3 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 45 calls and Rescue had 16 calls.
Lake Lure Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire; SDO firefighters responded to a structure fire.
Kimberly Reese Barnes, 40, Hopewell Road in Ellenboro, was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor charges; $500 bond.
Richard Glenn Brandle, 43, Golden Valley Church Road in Bostic, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and felony possession of a controlled substance; $25,000 bond.
Matthew Todd McDaniel, 32, U.S. Highway 74 Business in Ellenboro, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation; $10,000 bond.
Timothy Richard Nelon, 20, Bostic Sunshine Highway in Bostic, was charged with felony probation violation; $8,000 bond.
