Police notes: Nov. 15, 2012

911 Calls

Rutherford County Sheriff's Dept. responded to 133 calls Wednesday; Forest City police had 42 calls; Rutherfordton police had 22 calls; Spindale was dispatched to 20 police calls and Lake Lure had seven calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 28 calls and Rescue had  28calls.

Fire Calls

Hudlow Fire Department was dispatched motor vehicle accidents on Wednesday; Cherry Mountain firefighters also responded to a vehicle accident; Ellenboro firefighters responded to a residential fire alarm and Spindale responded to a structure fire on Pleasant Street with Rutherfordton assisting.

Arrests

Brian Keith Cole, 24, Mooresboro, charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver controlled substance;maintain vehicle, dwelling place for controlled substance; $10,000 bond.

Ayeisha Hamilton, 25, Hamilton Road in Rutherfordton, charged with assault and battery; secured bond.

Joya Shakari Kelly, 22, Danwview Drive in Forest City, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute marijuana, maintain vehicle, swelling place for controlled substance; $10,000 bond. 

Joseph Adam McLean, 31, Tom Camp Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense; $10,000 unsecured bond.

Julius Tryone Miller, 40, Maple Creek Road in Rutherfordton, charged with failure to comply and failure to comply condition of release and release order; secured bond.

Incidents

Shayla Morgan of Ellenboro reported a breaking,entering and larceny.

Gregory Casler of Ellenboro reported a breaking, entering and larceny.

Tanya Young of Forest City reported a breaking, entering and larceny.

Jerry Hunt of Bostic reported a breaking, entering,and larceny.

Jennifer Dotson reported damage to personal property.
