Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 155 calls on Tuesday; Forest City police had 63 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 14 calls; Spindale had 18 calls; Lake Lure had 9 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 48 calls and Rescue had 11 calls.
Bills Creek Fire Department was dispatched to a brush fire; Bostic firefighters responded to a brush fire; Ellenboro Fire Department was called to a field fire; Forest City firefighters were dispatched to a fire investigation; Green Hill Fire Department responded to a fire alarm; Sandy Mush firefighters were called to a motor vehicle accident and a gas leak; SDO Fire Department was dispatched to a field fire; Spindale firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident and a structure fire.
Arron Keith Brown, 35, Buffalo Creek Road in Lake Lure, was charged with assault and battery; $500 bond.
Joseph Mitchell Case, 53, Pearson Falls Road in Saluda, was charged with driving while license revoked; $500 bond.
James Rollins Glover, 28, McDowell Street in Mooresboro, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation and surrender by surety on possession of cocaine with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver; $15,000 bond.
Shelley Jean Hill, 37, North Ridgecrest Avenue in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to appear on failure to comply with child support; $750 bond.
