Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 146 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 90 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 21 calls; Spindale had 17 calls; Lake Lure had 5 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 68 calls and Rescue had 17 calls.

Fire Calls

Bostic Fire Department was dispatched to two motor vehicle accidents and an industrial fire alarm; Hudlow firefighters responded to an industrial fire alarm; Rutherfordton Fire Department was called to an industrial fire alarm; SDO firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Spindale Fire Department responded to a structure fire.

Arrests

Michael Banville, 31, Goode Road in Mooresboro, was charged with assault and battery and injury to personal property; written promise to appear.

Joshua Jerome Boyd, 39, Phillips Drive in Forest City, was charged with attempting to obtain property by false pretense; $1,000 bond.

Josie Lee Conner, 35, Holland Street in Forest City, was charged with simple possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor larceny and injury to real property; $10,000 bond.

Robert Lee Fish, 33, Collins Road in Forest City, was charged with driving while impaired and possession of an open container/consumption of alcohol in a passenger area; $500 bond.

Christopher Lee Hamrick, 25, Earnhardt Drive in Mooresboro, was charged with second-degree trespassing and a threatening phone call; written promise to appear.

Daniel Dwayne Jennings, 27, Wilmore Drive in Charlotte, was charged with assault on a female; 48-hour hold.

Caycee Laine Jones, 21, Mid Atlantic Road in Mooresboro, was charged with shoplifting/concealment of goods; written promise to appear.

Christopher Antonio Ross, 21, Radford Road in Caroleen, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver and possession of cocaine with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver; $40,000 bond.

Harrill Lamont Ruff, 34, Broad Street in Shelby, was charged with failure to appear on driving while license revoked and failure to appear on misdemeanor charges; $1,000 bond.

Mark Alan Short, 51, Ferry Road in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor larceny and failure to appear on misdemeanor charges; $10,000 bond.

Robert Anthony Tate, 44, Holland Street in Forest City, was charged with three counts obtaining property by false pretense, two counts misdemeanor larceny, felony breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering; $66,000 bond.

Ricky Hugh Wilkerson, 21, Matthew Church Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with communicating threats; $500 bond.
