911 Calls

Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 128 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 69 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 18 calls; Spindale had 36 calls; Lake Lure had 17 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 60 calls and Rescue had 35 calls.

Fire Calls

Forest City Fire Department was dispatched to a fire alarm.

Arrests

Jamie Dwayne Clayton, 42, U.S. Highway 221A in Cliffside, was charged with possession of a stolen automobile, driving while license revoked and expired registration card/tag; $5,500 bond.

James Rollins Glover Jr., 28, McDowell Street in Mooresboro, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation; $1,000 unsecured bond.

Amanda Lee-Ann Hodnett, 25, Robin Hood Drive in Forest City, was charged with communicating threats; $5,000 unsecured bond.

Alexander Rebekah Kennedy, 21, Garland Street in Spindale, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, failure to appear on misdemeanor larceny and failure to comply with community service; $1,000 bond.

Chacara Nicole Lindsey, 26, Cherry Knoll Drive in Spindale, was charged with possession of marijuana; $500 bond.

Jordan Christopher Maxwell, 26, Bates Drive in Forest City, was charged with driving while license revoked and driving while impaired; $1,000 unsecured bond.

Rebekah Grace Simmons, 28, Georgia Street in Spindale, was charged with failure to appear on breaking and entering, failure to appear on domestic criminal trespass and surrender by surety on failure to appear on misdemeanor charges; $2,500 bond.
