Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 153 calls on Tuesday; Forest City police had 95 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 67 calls; Spindale had 26 calls; Lake Lure had 5 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 41 calls and Rescue had 35 calls.

Fire Calls

Cliffside Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Cherry Mountain firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident; Forest City Fire Department was called to two motor vehicle accidents; Sandy Mush firefighters were dispatched to a residential fire alarm.

Arrests

Christopher Lee Allen, 26, Rocky Mount Drive in Union Mills, was charged with injury to real property and assault physically injuring an emergency person; $5,000 bond.

Theresa Carter Baker, 53, Scott Trail in Morganton, was charged with failure to appear on breaking and entering, failure to appear on larceny after breaking and entering, failure to appear on driving while license revoked, failure to appear on fictitious tag and failure to appear on possession of stolen goods/property; $10,350 bond.

Jhraron Dontia Bristol, 17, Golden Oaks Lane in Ellenboro, was charged with injury to real property; $500 bond.

Tony W. Bullock, 44, Brookmont Avenue in Forest City, was charged with threatening phone call; $1,000 unsecured bond.
