911 Calls

Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 146 calls on Wednesday; Forest City police had 98 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 28 calls; Spindale had 33 calls; Lake Lure had 10 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 39 calls and Rescue had 23 calls.

Fire Calls

Forest City Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle fire; Union Mills firefighters responded to an appliance fire.

Arrests

Patrick Oneill Bearden, 21, Dave Sims Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to appear on failure to stop at a stop sign/flashing red light and failure to appear on no operator's license; $500 bond.

Jimmy Dean Bumgardner, 50, Rock Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with two counts misdemeanor probation violation; $10,000 bond.

Erick Russell Durbin, 38, Frostwood Drive in Gastonia, was charged with failure to appear on driving while license revoked; $500 bond.

Thomas Franklin Givens, 46, Brookside Drive in Forest City, was charged with misuse of a 911 system; custody release.

Kyle Victor Skinner, 27, Hardin Street Extension in Forest City, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; $2,000 unsecured bond.

Rebecca Ann Washam, 29, Cornelious Ashe Road in Whittier, was charged with two counts larceny of a firearm; $20,000 bond.
