Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 161 calls on Thursday; Forest City police had 74 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 34 calls; Spindale had 53 calls; Lake Lure had 6 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 42 calls and Rescue had 23 calls.
Cliffside Fire Department was dispatched to a brush fire; Ellenboro firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident; Hudlow Fire Department was called to a structure fire; Sandy Mush firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Spindale Fire Department responded to two motor vehicle accidents.
Johnny Harrison Bradley, 66, Nevada Street in Spindale, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation; $7,500 bond.
Melissa Butler Brooks, 47, Hunnicutt Road in Ellenboro, was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering and injury to real property; $5,000 bond.
Gregory Bullard, 49, Carpenter Road in Gilkey, was charged with assault on a female, injury to personal property, felony breaking and entering, larceny and possession of burglary tools; $50,000 bond.
