Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 171 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 64 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 17 calls; Spindale had 36 calls; Lake Lure had 8 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 54 calls and Rescue had 10 calls.

Fire Calls

Hudlow Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Rutherfordton firefighters responded to a fire alarm; Sandy Mush Fire Department was called to a gas leak; SDO firefighters were dispatched to a vehicle fire.

Arrests

James Allen Carr, 36, Belleview Drive in Spindale, was charged with failure to comply with child support; $300 bond.
Abreien Faith Hardin, 34, Bronze Circle in Forest City, was charged with failure to comply with child support; $150 bond.
Maia Nicole Hughes, 25, Northview Park Road in Weaverville, was charged with failure to appear on driving while impaired and failure to appear on no operator's license; $3,000 bond.
Thomas Q. McCoy, 41, Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was charged with failure to comply with child support; $200 bond.
Brian Keith Prince, 32, U.S. Highway 64/74A in Rutherfordton, was charged with two counts misdemeanor probation violation, assault on a female, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; $25,000 bond.
Kalyn Ivy Stieve, 23, Green Street in Rutherfordton, was charged with communicating threats; $50 bond.
Jerry Lewis Toney, 58, Homeless, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon; custody release.
