911 Calls
Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 172 calls on Tuesday; Forest City police had 68 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 46 calls; Spindale had 29 calls; Lake Lure had 9 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 43 calls and Rescue had 35 calls.

Fire Calls
Bostic firefighters were dispatched to a field fire; Cliffside Fire Department responded to a brush fire; Ellenboro firefighters were called to a fire investigation; Forest City Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash; SDO firefighters responded to a motor vehicle crash and a woods fire. 

Arrests
Farrah Grace Banks, 25, Petersonburg Road in Madison, was charged with failure to appear on felony probation violation out of county, failure to appear on larceny of a motor vehicle, failure to appear on DWI charges, failure to appear on driving while license revoked, shoplifting/concealment of goods, and possession of an open container after consuming alcohol; $50,000 unsecured bond.
Amy Denise Burgin, 39, Tobias Court in Rutherfordton, was charged with second degree trespassing; $1,000 unsecured bond.
Bruce Edward Cantrell, 48, Oakland Road in Forest City, was charged with felony larceny, resisting a public officer, simples possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia; $15,000 bond.
Jackie Lee Dover, 40, Dogwood Motel in Rutherfordton, was charged with two counts of assault and battery; $10,000 bond.
Iykiemie Hassan Franklin, 18, Hill Street in Forest City, was charged with possession of marijuana and stop sign violation; written promise to appear.
Brandon Scott Hutchins, 30, Lovers Lane in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia; $20,000 bond.
Kiara Franchel Jackson, 23, Patton Drive in Shelby, was charged with second degree trespass; written promise to appear.
Darian Jarelle Mosley, 23, Shady Lane in Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance; $12,500 bond.
Jessica Seria Neal, 16, Big Springs Avenue in Forest City, was charged with vandalism and defacing public property; written promise to appear.
Joshua Ronald Vanbuskirk, 21, Treasure Way in Rutherfordton, was charged with communicating threats and threatening phone calls; $500 bond.
Denzel Jarcus Wright, 20, Emerald Drive in Forest City, was charged with possession of marijuana; written promise to appear.
Matthew Donte Young, 24, Young Street in Spindale, was charged with failure to appear on felony probation violation, failure to appear on robbery with a dangerous weapon, failure to appear on larceny of a firearm, failure to appear on possession of a firearm by a felon, and failure to appear on breaking/entering a motor vehicle; $100,000 bond.
