Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 438 calls over the weekend; Forest City police had 221 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 79 calls; Spindale had 68 calls; Lake Lure had 24 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 159 calls and Rescue had 106 calls.

Fire Calls

Bostic Fire Department was dispatched to a residential fire alarm and a gas leak; Cliffside firefighters responded to four motor vehicle accidents; Ellenboro Fire Department was called to a vehicle fire; Sandy Mush firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Spindale Fire Department responded to a power line fire and an appliance fire; Union Mills firefighters were called to a motor vehicle accident.

Ashley Nicole Bailey, 21, Autumn Lane in Spindale, was charged with two counts surrender by surety; $10,750 bond.

Charles Bryan Bradshaw, 47, South Pea Ridge Road in Mooresboro, was charged with two counts assault on a female, communicating threats and domestic violence protective order violation; $50,000 bond.

Teresa Denise Bridges, 38, Crescent Drive in Forest City, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and injury to personal property; $5,000 unsecured bond.
