911 Calls

Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 375 calls over the weekend; Forest City police had 200 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 64 calls; Spindale had 63 calls; Lake Lure had 39 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 101 calls and Rescue had 44 calls.

Fire Calls

Bills Creek Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Bostic firefighters responded to a house fire; Ellenboro Fire Department was called to a motor vehicle accident and a vehicle fire; Forest City firefighters were dispatched to a fire alarm; Green Hill Fire Department responded to a fire investigation; Hudlow firefighters were called to a field fire and a brush fire; SDO Fire Department was dispatched to two fire alarms, a field fire and a brush fire; Shingle Hollow firefighters responded to a woods fire; Spindale Fire Department was called to a fire alarm and an outbuilding fire.

Arrests

Brian Wilson Condrey, 42, Pinkwood Drive in Rutherfordton, was charged with harassing phone call; $1,000 unsecured bond.
Eric Paul Date, 42, Maple Creek in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor charges, failure to appear on failure to comply with community service and assault on a female; $650 bond.
Ashley Marie Dobbins, 23, McBrayer Court in Forest City, was charged with assault and battery; 48-hour hold.
Michael Randy Hoyle, 54, East Main Street in Spindale, was charged with communicating threats; $2,000 bond.
April Lee McCoy, 30, U.S. Highway 74B in Ellenboro, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, failure to appear on felony charges and non-support of a child; $8,000 bond.
Elvia Cerda Ramirez, 30, Lamp Lighter Circle in Marion, was charged with failure to appear on speeding, failure to appear on driving while license revoked, failure to appear on resisting a public officer, cyberstalking, driving while license revoked and child passenger not in rear seat; $10,000 bond.
Margarita Cerda Ramirez, 26, Lamp Lighter Circle in Marion, was charged with threatening phone call; $5,000 bond.
Justin Keith Robbins, 34, Bradley Loop Road in Ellenboro, was charged with two counts assault on a female and communicating threats; $6,000 unsecured bond.
Scott Lawrence Saraga, 37, Lynch Street in Rutherfordton, was charged with assault on a female and misdemeanor child abuse; 48-hour hold.
Steven Paul Toney, 33, Odyssey Lane in Forest City, was charged with two counts failure to appear on felony obtaining property by false pretense, failure to appear on felony possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver and failure to appear on misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; $40,000 bond.
Bobby Keith Whitmire, 49, Washington Street in Forest City, was charged with assault on a female; 48-hour hold.
Crissy White Wilson, 35, Lennie Court in Forest City, was charged with felony probation violation; $10,000 bond.
