Rutherford County Sheriff's Dept. responded to 101 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 63 calls; Rutherfordton police had 31 calls; Spindale was dispatched to 14 police calls and Lake Lure had two calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 31 calls and Rescue had 35 calls.
SDO firefighters were dispatched to a brush fire; NC Forest Service assisted.
Clint Douglas Cole, 46,Cone Street in Mooresboro, was charged with second degree trespass; injury to real property and injury to personal property; written promise to appear.
Kenneth Bernard Hines, 34, Benton Lane in Rutherfordton was charged with driving while license revoked; $500 bond.
Jessica Dawn Jackson, 35, Rock Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia; obtaining property by false pretense and communicating threats; $11,300 bond.
Joel Deal Jennings, 43, Chase High Road in Forest City was charged with failure to appear on two counts of driving while license revoked; $1,000.
David Patrick Wilson, 21, Hudlow Road in Union Mills was charged with possession marijuana and possession drug paraphernalia; $2,000 bond.
Durell Andre Mayse, 28, of Proctor School Road in Mooreboro, was arrested on warrants for assault by strangulation, assault on a female and failure to comply; failure to comply with two counts civil contempt order; $1,000 cash bond and 48-hour hold.
An employee of Forest City Honda reported an incident of damage to property.
Kelly Newton of Franklin Drive reported an assault on female.
An employee of WalMart reported incidents of uttering forged instrument, attempting to obtain property by false pretense, identity theft and possession fradulent ID.
Sherry Lewis reported a dog bit.
An employee of Tri-City Concrete reported an incident of breaking, entering to motor vehicles and larceny.
An employee of Waffle House reported an incident of receiving counterfeit money.
Sanger Heart & Vascular Ins. reported harassing telephone calls.
