Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 102 calls on Tuesday; Forest City police had 62 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 18 calls; Spindale had 26 calls; Lake Lure had 5 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 45 calls and Rescue had 39 calls.
Cherry Mountain Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire and a woods fire; Cliffside firefighters responded to a structure fire and a fire investigation; Ellenboro Fire Department was called to an electrical fire and a field fire; Forest City firefighters were dispatched to a brush fire; Green Hill Fire Department responded to a brush fire; Lake Lure firefighters were called to a carbon monoxide alarm; Rutherfordton Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident, a brush fire and a fire alarm; SDO firefighters responded to a brush fire; Sandy Mush Fire Department was called to a brush fire and a motor vehicle accident; Spindale firefighters were dispatched to a grass fire and a carbon monoxide alarm.

Tyler Lee Weeks, 18, Windy Hill Drive in Forest City, was charged with two counts felony larceny, three counts aiding and abetting obtaining property by false pretense, three counts obtaining property by false pretense, two counts first-degree trespassing, misdemeanor larceny and simple possession of a controlled substance; $45,000 bond.
