Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 147 calls on Tuesday; Forest City police had 86 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 21 calls; Spindale had 20 calls; Lake Lure had 14 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 39 calls and Rescue had 20 calls.
Spindale Fire Department was dispatched to a residential fire alarm; Union Mills firefighters responded to a structure fire.
David Lyn Anderson, 42, Harrill Road in Forest City, was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering; $1,000 unsecured bond.
Jennifer Epley Arrowood, 40, Harrill Road in Forest City, was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering; $1,000 unsecured bond.
Nancy Marie Googe, 30, Burgundy Place in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to comply with community service, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and simple possession of a controlled substance; $1,000 bond.
Charles Kevin Green, 22, Mayse Road in Forest City, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation; $5,000 bond.
