Rutherford County Sheriff's Dept. responded to 182 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 66 calls; Rutherfordton police had 34 calls; Spindale was dispatched to 25 police calls; Lake Lure responded to two calls; EMS responded to 39 calls and Rescue had 48 calls.
Forest City firefighters responded to an industrial fire alarm.
Green Hill fire department was dispatched to a structure fire; Rutherfordton and Shingle Hollow assisting.
Deanna Price Davis, 32, Beam's Mill Road in Ellenboro, accessory after the fact; unsecured bond.
Ashley Heather Doherty, 17, Harrell Road in Forest City, charged with possession weapon on school grounds; custody release.
Richard Charles Dysart, 32, Old Henrietta Road in Forest City, was charged with injury to personal property, communicating threats, assault and battery; $3,000 bond.
Jason Eugene Laughter, 29, High Shoals Church Road in Mooresboro, was charged with failure to appear on drug paraphernalia, $10,000 bond.
Judy Mode Peek, 64, Carpenter Road in Rutherfordton, assault and battery; written promise to appear.
