911 Calls

Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 133 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 91 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 23 calls; Spindale had 45 calls; Lake Lure had 6 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 62 calls and Rescue had 38 calls.

Fire Calls

Forest City Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Hudlow firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident; Rutherfordton Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident.

Arrests

Gregory Thomas Blackburn, 44, Morrow Motor Road in Forest City, was charged with assault on a female; 48-hour hold.
Christopher Ryan Francis, 28, Pleasant View in Bostic, was charged with felony possession marijuana; $10,000 unsecured bond.
Jana Ann Johnson, 50, Durham Road in Mooresboro, was charged with misdemeanor larceny and failure to appear on misdemeanor larceny; $3,500 bond.
Maxfield Cameron Nelson, 29, Moriah Drive in Rutherfordton, was charged with assault on a female and communicating threats; 48-hour hold.
Darnell Simmons, 35, McCraw Road in Mooresboro, was charged with speeding; $500 bond.
Christopher Brandon Wilson, 28, Crestview Drive in Leicester, was charged with failure to appear on larceny after breaking/entering; $15,000 bond.
