Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 101 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 84 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 26 calls; Spindale had 41 calls; Lake Lure had 12 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 61 calls and Rescue had 57 calls.

Fire Calls

Cliffside Fire Department was dispatched to a fire alarm; Ellenboro firefighters responded to a fire alarm; Forest City Fire Department was called to a motor vehicle accident; Green Hill firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident.

Arrests

Ashley Nicole Bailey, 21, Autumn Lane in Spindale, was charged with larceny; written promise to appear.

Adam Scott Carroll, 35, Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was charged with driving while license revoked, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, probation violation and non-support of a child; $12,000 bond.

Kip Allen Cooper, 33, Barbara Street in Forest City, was charged with resisting a public officer; $5,000 unsecured bond.

Devanta Marques Hill, 21, Campbell Street in Spindale, was charged with felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking/entering, receiving stolen goods and defrauding an innkeeper; $25,000 bond.

Heather Nicole Lynch, 19, Apple Orchard Lane in Mill Springs, was charged with misdemeanor larceny and obtaining property by false pretense; $10,000 unsecured bond.

Christopher Wayne Owens, 34, Hill Street in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on child support; $1,500 bond.
