Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 154 calls Tuesday; Forest City police had 94 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 56 calls; Spindale had 39 calls; Lake Lure had 4 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 54 calls and Rescue had 41 calls.
Ellenboro Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Rutherfordton firefighters responded to a smoke report and a control burn; SDO Fire Department was called to a motor vehicle accident and a residential fire alarm.
Jennifer Elaine Banks, 30, Blossom Drive in Ellenboro, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation; $5,000 bond.
Mary Elizabeth Black, 38, Old Ballpark Road in Spindale, was charged with failure to appear on dog/cat/ferret vaccination; $500 bond.
Billy Joe Dean Blanton, 27, Johnson Street in Forest City, was charged with injury to personal property and assault on a female; $3,500 bond.
Susan Michelle Fox, 40, Crowe Dairy Road in Forest City, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense; $2,000 bond.
Kasey Nicole Franklin, 24, Landis Lane in Nebo, was charged with possession of stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretense; $5,000 bond.
Karla Michelle Hoffman, 37, Oakland Road in Forest City, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation; $10,000 bond.
Philip Scott McEntire Jr., 16, Twelve Oaks Drive in Forest City, was charged with larceny; written promise to appear.
Christian Carlen Mesich, 16, Farmside Drive in Forest City, was charged with shoplifting/concealment; written promise to appear.
Christopher Scott Miller, 41, Aqua Drive in Forest City, was charged with expired registration card/tag, expired/no inspection, possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, resisting a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony probation violation, operating a vehicle with no insurance and failure to reduce speed; $30,500 bond.
April Ann Sparks, 37, Kittrell Road in Kittrell, was charged with felony larceny; $5,000 bond.
