Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 176 calls on Tuesday; Forest City police had 101 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 39 calls; Spindale had 30 calls; Lake Lure had 6 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 77 calls and Rescue had 67 calls.
Cherry Mountain Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Ellenboro firefighters responded to a field fire; Forest City Fire Department was called to a motor vehicle accident and to investigate a fire alarm; Lake Lure firefighters responded to a brush fire; Rutherfordton Fire Department was dispatched to a grass fire and a brush fire; SDO firefighters were called to a structure fire; Spindale Fire Department investigated a fire alarm; Shingle Hollow firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Sandy Mush Fire Department responded to two motor vehicle accidents; Union Mills firefighters were called to a motor vehicle accident.
Jeremy K. Fincannon, 16, Barkley Drive in Mooresboro, was charged with simple affray and assault and battery; $1,000 bond.
Jana Ann Johnson, 50, Monroe Road in Mooresboro, was charged with larceny; $500 bond.
Alexandria Rebekah Kennedy, 21, Old U.S. Highway 221 in Rutherfordton, was charged with surrender by surety on misdemeanor larceny; $500 bond.
Roger Charles Ledford, 39, Ellenboro Henrietta Road in Ellenboro, was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor charges; $500 bond.
Authur Chad Lee, 31, Academy Street in Cliffside, was charged with surrender by surety on felony probation violation; $10,000 bond.
Dennis Lee McEntire, 55, Spindale Street in Spindale, was charged with second degree trespassing and misdemeanor larceny; $2,500 bond.
Rickie Wilkins, 41, Gantts Grove Church Road in Mooresboro, was charged with injury to personal property, nonpayment of child support, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia; written promise to appear.
