Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 126 calls on Tuesday; Forest City police had 75 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 31 calls; Spindale had 18 calls; Lake Lure had 14 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 60 calls and Rescue had 4 calls.

Fire Calls

Ellenboro Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Sandy Mush firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident.

Arrests

Daniel Levi Acy, 26, Rock Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with communicating threats; $1,500 unsecured bond.

John Henry Childree, 31, Coney Island Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with non-support of a child; $750 bond.

Kenneth Wayne Dotson, 56, Bostic Sunshine Road in Bostic, was charged with driving while impaired, hit/run leaving the scene of property damage, failure to reduce speed and simple possession of a controlled substance; $15,000 unsecured bond.

Marvin Dion Logan, 32, Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on driving while license revoked; $1,000 bond.
