911 Calls

Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 127 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 81 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 38 calls; Spindale had 34 calls; Lake Lure had 12 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 56 calls and Rescue had 43 calls.

Fire Calls

Rutherfordton Fire Department was dispatched to investigate two fire alarms.

Arrests

Gregory Thomas Blackburn, 44, Morrow Motor Road in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on assault on a female; $5,000 bond.

Ricky Tyrone Camp, 25, Old Henrietta Road in Henrietta, was charged with failure to appear on resisting a public office; $1,000 bond.

Aileen Lizeth-Parra Castellanos, 24, U.S. Highway 64 in Rutherfordton, was charged with misdemeanor child abuse; $2,500 unsecured bond.

Anthony Charles Cureton, 42, Whitesides Road in Forest City, was charged with three counts failure to comply with child support; $300 bond.

Donald Eugene Dalton, 53, Aydlotte Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation; 48-hour hold.

Heather Jane Davis, 25, West Church Street in Bostic, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, felony larceny and conspiring to obtain property by false pretense; $15,000 bond.

James Adam Earwood, 28, Rock Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to appear on speeding; $500 bond.

Dustin A. Girdler, 28, East Court Street in Rutherfordton, was charged with two counts felony probation violation out of county; $20,000 bond.

Rodney Harris, 45, Benton Lane in Rutherfordton, was charged with non-support of a child; $20,000 bond.

Garrion Santafarious Loucas, 44, Beech Street in Atlanta, Ga., was charged with uttering a forged instrument and possession of 5+ counterfeiting tools; $20,000 bond.

Debra Jane Solon, 49, Starlite Lane in Rutherfordton, was charged with second-degree trespassing and injury to real property; $2,000 bond.

Jeffery Wayne Vickers, 41, Church Street in Spindale, was charged with felony conversion; $5,000 bond.
