911 Calls
Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 214 calls over the weekend; Forest City police had 151 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 76 calls; Spindale had 58 calls; Lake Lure had 14 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 74 calls and Rescue had 60 calls.

Fire Calls
Cliffside Fire Department responded to an electrical fire; Bostic firefighters were dispatched to an appliance fire; Cherry Mountain firefighters were called to a structure fire; Spindale Fire Department responded to a smoke fire. 

Arrests
Boyd McSwain Arrowood, 71, Satellite Drive in Union Mills, was charged with assault by pointing a gun and communicating threats; written promise to appear.
Robert William Byers, 56, Floyd Street in Rutherfordton, was charged with writing worthless checks, failure to appear on possession of marijuana, and failure to appear on misdemeanor probation violation; $10,500 bond.
Timothy Scott Burke, 42, East Main Street in Forest City, was charged with driving while licensed revoked, improper towing, carrying a concealed gun, and possession of stolen goods; $15,000 bond.
Ashley Nicole Crawford, 29, US 64 Highway in Rutherfordton, was charged with two counts of a true bill of indictment on removing a safe from premises; $25,000 unsecured bond.
Amie Marie Day, 35, Garland Street in Spindale, was charged with communicating threats, misdemeanor larceny, and making harassing phone calls; $500 bond.
Michael Shawn Green, 31, Womack Lake Road in Forest City, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, assault on a female, and injury to real property; $6,000 bond.
Timothy Lloyd Greene, 36, Greens Drive in Ellenboro, was charged with communicating threats; $1,500 bond.
Timothy Jermel Harris, 30, Davis Lake Road in Forest City, was charged with injury to personal property; $1,500 unsecured bond.
Willie Charles Ingram, 52, Hickorynut Street in Forest City, was charged with a true bill of indictment on felony possession of marijuana and a true bill of indictment on possession of a firearm by a felon; $20,000 unsecured bond.
David Howard James Jr., 35, West Main Street in Forest City, was charged with second degree trespass; $1,000 bond.
Jesse Ray Ledford, 23, Bostic Sunshine Highway in Bostic, was charged with a true bill of indictment on attaining property by false pretense and two counts of a true bill of indictment on breaking/entering and larceny; $30,000 bond.
Casey Lapree Shelton, 33, Clay Street in Forest City, was charged with a true bill of indictment on felony possession of marijuana; $1,000 unsecured bond.
Christopher Thomas Sizemore, 21, South Church Street in Forest City, was charged with assault on a female, communicating threats, and misdemeanor larceny; $1,000 bond.
Laton Lanette Staley, 31, Wells Drive in Forest City, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation, failure to appear on felony probation violation, failure to appear on second degree trespassing, failure to appear on misdemeanor larceny, and shoplifting/concealment of goods; $25,000 bond.
