Rutherford County Sheriff's Dept. was dispatched to 95 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 73 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 22 calls; Spindale had 26 calls; Lake Lure had no calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 41 calls and Rescue had 35 calls.
Forest City firefighters were called to investigate a fire alarm; SDO Fire Department responded to an incident involving a power line; Spindale firefighters were dispatched to two separate calls including a motor vehicle accident and a fire alarm.
Christopher Don Butler, 34, Spencer Street in Spindale, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; $1,000 unsecured bond.
Joshua Jermaine Goldsberry, 26, Jerico Drive in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to appear on trafficking cocaine; $60,000 bond.
Jackeline Kristine Granja, 20, Mayse Road in Forest City, was charged with two counts of failure to appear on no operator's license; $800 bond.
Alexis Cornelia Greene, 24, Hines Road in Mooresboro, was charged with failure to appear on probation violation; $20,000 bond.
Cabot Allison Jones, 41, Oak Grove Church Road in Bostic, was charged with misdemeanor larceny; $1,000 unsecured bond.
Richard Paul Manelski, 24, Highway 64/74 in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor; $500 bond.
Colby Lance Powers, 19, First Street in Forest City, was charged with injury to real property; $1,000 bond.
Donald Keith Robbins, 54, North Quail Run in Forest City, was charged with communicating threats and assault by pointing a gun; $5,000 bond.
Gloria Alexander Walker, 55, Highridge Court in Kings Mountain, was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell or deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substances; $20,000 bond.
