Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 122 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 95 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 50 calls; Spindale had 17 calls; Lake Lure had 3 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 52 calls and Rescue had 12 calls.
Bostic Fire Department was dispatched to a smoke report; Forest City firefighters responded to an industrial fire alarm; Green Hill Fire Department was called to an industrial fire alarm; Rutherfordton firefighters were dispatched to a field fire, an industrial fire alarm and a downed power line; Spindale Fire Department responded to a residential fire alarm and a fire investigation.
Keith Green, 55, Taylor Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of a controlled substance; $35,000 bond.
Lindsey Michelle Greene, 23, Old Hollis Road in Ellenboro, was charged with failure to appear on open container after consuming alcohol; $500 bond.
Adrian Prentice Logan, 30, West Court Street in Rutherfordton, was charged with felony financial card fraud and felony financial card theft; $10,000 unsecured bond.
Lewellyn J. McKinney, 36, East Second Street in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor possession of marijuana; $500 bond.
Jerry Keith Pruett, 44, Grays Creek Church Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with littering; $105 bond.
Samantha Lee Ragland, 26, Kelly Road in Forest City, was charged with two counts obtaining a controlled substance by fraud/forgery; $10,000 unsecured bond.
Steven Lonelle Robinson, 31, Gail Drive in Forest City, was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor larceny, failure to appear on cyberstalking and misdemeanor injury to personal property; $9,000 bond.
David Lee Toney, 53, Odyssey Lane in Forest City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a public officer and driving left of center; $1,500 bond.
