Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 128 calls on Tuesday; Forest City police had 92 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 33 calls; Spindale had 25 calls; Lake Lure had 4 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 43 calls and Rescue had 22 calls.
Ellenboro Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire; Forest City firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident, a fire alarm and a vehicle fire; Rutherfordton Fire Department was called to a house fire; Sandy Mush firefighters were dispatched to a chimney fire and a house fire; SDO Fire Department responded to a fire alarm and a vehicle fire; Spindale firefighters were called to a fire alarm; Union Mills Fire Department was dispatched to a fire alarm.
Brandy Joe Allen, 37, Hawthorne Lane in Forest City, was charged with felony probation violation; $8,000 bond.
Antonio Lee Green, 21, Silverplate Grill Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with assault on a female; $500 unsecured bond.
Phillip Gerald Hill, 36, Baker Street in Spindale, was charged with failure to comply with possession of drug paraphernalia; $447 bond.
