Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 126 calls on Thursday; Forest City police had 83 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 21 calls; Spindale had 9 calls; Lake Lure had 24 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 39 calls and Rescue had 17 calls.

Fire Calls

Bostic Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident; Lake Lure firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm; Rutherfordton Fire Department was called to a carbon monoxide alarm; SDO firefighters were dispatched to a vehicle fire; Spindale Fire Department responded to a smoke report.
