Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 129 calls on Thursday; Forest City police had 88 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 42 calls; Spindale had 21 calls; Lake Lure had 13 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 19 calls and Rescue had 21 calls.

Fire Calls

There were no reported fire calls.

Arrests

Fulivia Denise Bevily, 44, Withrow Road in Forest City, was charged with interfering with a utility meter; $1,000 unsecured bond.

Jimmy Wayne Cole, 27, Briges Drive in Forest City, was charged with probation absconder; bond amount unlisted.

Caleb Cory Date, 22, Turner Street in Forest City, was charged with expired registration card/tag, expired/no inspection, failure to appear on expired registration card/tag, failure to appear on expired/no inspection, two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia; $26,000 bond.
