Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 123 calls on Monday; Forest City police had 79 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 30 calls; Spindale had 36 calls; Lake Lure had 12 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 30 calls and Rescue had 10 calls.
Hudlow Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident and a carbon monoxide leak.
Joseph Ryan Bledsoe, 28, Hinton Creek Road in Ellenboro, was charged with reckless driving to endanger and failure to report an accident; $500 bond.
Tera Leann Bryant, 43, Tryon Road in Rutherfordton, was charged with assault and battery; written promise to appear.
Shantel Renee Bryant, 32, Ramblewood Drive in Shelby, was charged with failure to comply with child support; $240 bond.
Brandon Evan Case, 22, Cherokee Road in Asheville, was charged with failure to appear on speeding and failure to appear on failure to wear a seat belt while driving; $500 bond.
Lashary Teshela Gaddis, 26, Jay Avenue in Gastonia, was charged with uttering a forged instrument and obtaining property by false pretense; $15,000 unsecured bond.
Jason William Hollifield, 36, Rolling Hill Circle in Rutherfordton, was charged with failure to appear on driving while license revoked, assault with a deadly weapon and failure to appear on resisting a public officer; $8,000 bond.
