RSYFCA will be having registrations for boys & girls ages 5-12 for youth football & cheerleading: $25 for one child and $15 for each additional child of the same household! Registrations at the Spindale House, July 22, 23, 24 & 25 6 to 8 pm. Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate. C286-7686.
 
Football and cheerleading sign ups in July — every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Chase High Football Stadium. Please bring a birth certificate copy forfootball players and cheerleaders. The cost is $45 and $20 for each additional child in the home. Football players will also need to purchase a personalized jersey for $32. Practice/Conditioning will begin on July 22, 2013. We will be continuing registration on practice days until August 12 on official weigh in day. The Rutherford Medication Assistance Program, a division of the Rutherford Community Health Center, will be at the Cherry Mountain Fire Department from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to enroll county residents of the Golden Valley, Bostic and Sunshine areas in programs to receive prescription medications free directly from the pharmaceutical companies. The programs are available to those without prescription coverage and meet income guidelines. Please call 828-288-8872 to pre-qualify and secure your appointment time at CMFD.
