RUTHERFORD COUNTY —
The North Carolina Extension & Community Association announces its 2013 Scholarships. High School seniors, full-time college students, and adults wanting to attend college are eligible. North Carolina residents attending or planning to attend a NC accredited college, community college or technical institute in the fall of 2013 may apply. Applications are available at all high schools and at Cooperative Extension, 193 Callahan Koon Rd. Spindale. Application deadline is February 1, 2013. Call 287-6020 for more information.
Anyone interested in joining Boy Scouts in Rutherford County is invited to call 447-4194 for information on scouting for all ages in Rutherford County.
