Rutherford County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to 154 calls on Thursday; Forest City police had 86 calls; Rutherfordton police was dispatched to 36 calls; Spindale had 36 calls; Lake Lure had 9 calls; Rutherford County EMS responded to 35 calls and Rescue had 30 calls.
Forest City Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident and SDO firefighters responded to a fire investigation.
Robbie Shane Buff, 40, Goodes Creek Church Road in Mooresboro, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor probation violation; $21,000 bond.
Jarvis Cole Tate, 21, Tate Street in Forest City, was served with a notice of hearing for two counts of violation of unsupervised probation; no bond.
James Clayton Frashier, 25, Jack McKinney Road in Forest City, was charged with two counts of failure to appear on misdemeanor; $1,000 bond.
William Earl Graham, 35, North Cleghorn Street in Rutherfordton, was charged with having an open container of alcohol in the passenger area of a vehicle; written promise to appear.
Brian Keith Greason, 34, Sailor Drive in Ellenboro, was charged with simple assault; written promise to appear.
Robert Nelson Tessnear, 32, Henrietta Street Extension in Henrietta, was charged with assault inflicting serious injury and felony probation violation; $10,000 bond.
Daniel Sny of Ellenboro reported an incident of simple assault and damage to property that occurred on Oak Street in Forest City.
An employee from Tommy Harmon Grading in Forest City reported an incident of larceny.
An employee from Wal-Mart in Forest City reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense.
An officer from the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of damage to property and found property that occurred at Forrest Hunt Elementary.
